ALPHA IS FOR YOU!
The Alpha course is now operating in 55 countries around the world, and from more than 500 centres throughout New Zealand. Groups of people meet in homes, halls, churches and hotels to check out what the Christian faith means in today’s world. At each session after dessert and coffee there is a first class video presentation followed by small group discussions in which people raise whatever questions they like in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where there is lots of fun.
The ten week course is usually run by a local church which could be any one of a wide spectrum of the Christian denominations.
